I have created an application using Xcode 5 IDE, and it is ready to submit to the app store, is there any Chances are that Apple will not reject it if it is not built with Xcode 5.1 IDE? I have not installed it yet, is there any official memo saying that if Xcode is not manufactured with 5.1 then applications will be rejected?
